Joanna Katz is the founder, lead strategist, and leadership coach behind The Rexford Group. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, and team leadership, she partners with businesses to clarify direction, lead with confidence, and turn vision into measurable results.
Joanna has worked across B2B and B2C industries—from SaaS and digital media to wellness, nonprofit, and real estate—bringing a sharp strategic lens and a collaborative mindset to every engagement. Known for her ability to quickly grasp complex business needs, she’s helped startups scale, advised enterprise clients, and stepped in as a fractional marketing lead to guide teams through high-growth or high-change moments.
